• 2/3 C flour
  
• 1/3 C cornstarch
  
• 1 tsp baking powder
  
• 1 tsp salt
  
• 1 egg
  
• water
  






Instructions



1. Combine dry ingredients and egg. Add water slowly to make a batter about the consistency of pancake batter. Dip fish in batter and deep fat fry.
