1/2 C dried breadcrumbs
1/4 C grated fresh Parmesan cheese
2 T chopped fresh parsley
1/2 C butter, melted
2 tsp, finely chopped fresh garlic
Recipe
Combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, pepper and salt in a shallow bowl. Set aside.
Combine butter and garlic in 9 inch pie plate. Dip chicken, (or whatever you are coatinga0 into the butter mixture. Place into bread crumb mixture, turning to coat evenly. Drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
If you are baking chicken breasts, (6 4oz breasts), bake 25-35 minutes, or until done.
Note;
for variations, try mixing 1/2 tsp dried rosemary or sage into the butter mixture.
