List of Ingredients
1/2 C slivered ham (julienned)
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
1 hot cherry pepper, finely chopped
grated Monterey jack cheese
Recipe
Cook 4 tortillas on a griddle, pile ingredients on half of each. Add slivered scallion and salsa if desired. Fold other half of tortilla over ingredients. Toast on the griddle, on both sides, until cheese is melted.
