List of Ingredients
6 medium beets, cooked
4 medium potatoes, cooked
1 C chopped beef, raw
salt
pepper
3 T butter
1 T cream
Recipe
Chop beets and potatoes, mix with chopped beef. Season to taste. Place 2 t butter in skillet and add the beet mixture, moisten with a little liquid. Cover and cook slowly until meat is cooked and brown. When almost done add cream mixed with 1 t butter. Brown quickly and serve.
