Lima Bean Breakfast

1 can green baby lima beans
2 slices bacon
2 tsp hot peppers, chopped
1 T chopped parsley
4 T cream
2 T gated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
salt to tasteRecipe
Drain the lima beans. Cut bacon in 1 inch pieces and fry. Add the bacon, parsley and cheese to the beans. Divide them into 2 onion soup bowls or individual casseroles that are oven proof. Add 2 T cream to each casserole. Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes. Push beans from center to the outsides of casseroles to make a well in the center. Drop in an egg and bake 15-20 minutes until egg is set.
