List of Ingredients
Large flour tortillas
Grated sharp white cheddar cheese
minced onion
chopped tomato
chopped chilies
shredded meat, cooked in mole sauce,(or pulled pork)etc....
artichoke hearts, cooked or canned, cut up
Finely chopped almonds
salsa
sour cream
chopped avocado
Recipe
Use 2 tortillas per serving. Heat them until they are soft and pliable on a griddle or in a large frying pan. Once pliable remove the tortillas and place one on the pan. Add grated cheese as desired, about 1 teaspoon onion, the same of tomato, and chilies to taste. Add a little meat (chicken is good), and some artichoke hearts. sprinkle the top with almonds and top with another tortilla. Bake on one side until the bottom is cooked to desired crispness (or not). Flip it over and cook the other side. Serve with garnishes as preferred. Cut into wedges to eat.
