- What is it: softened butter mixed with herbs and other flavorings, then piled into a crock or shaped into a log.
- Use it on hamburgers or beef steaks and roasts, grilled chicken breasts, steaks, salmon to saute shrimp or scallops. Toss with pasta, or rice. Dress up vegetables. Use on sweet potatoes or baked or mashed potatoes. In soups.
