Flower Butter

Place sweet cream butter in a jar. Top with a piece of waxed paper. Add flower of your choice on top of waxed paper and screw the lid on tight. Leave overnight in the refridgerator. The butter will be delicately scented.

Borage (borago officinalis)
Calendula (C. officinalus)
Daylilly (Hemerocallis Fulva)
English daisy (Bellis Perennis)
Lemon or rose geranium
Nasturtium (Trapaeolum majus)
Orange blossoms
Pansy (Viola wittrockiana)
Rose (Rosa hybrids)
Squash (Cucurbita pepo)
Sweet violet (Viola odorata)
These are just the ones I could come up with for now, I'm sure there are lots more.
