List of Ingredients
- 1/2 c unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 shallot (or 2 cloves garlic) finely minced
- 5 T minced fresh parsley
- 1 T minced fresh thyme, rosemary, savory or oregano
- 1 T dried herbs; thyme, rosemary or oregano (optional)
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Beat ingredients until well combined. Place in a ramekin or crock. Or roll into a tight cylinder on wax paper and enclose in plastic wrap.
- Can be chilled for 2 weeks or frozen up to 6 months. Leave out at room temperature before serving.
