Parmesan butter 2

- 1/2 C unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 C freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 medium clove garlic finely minced
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- salt to taste, (remember the parmesan will add salt)
Instructions
- Beat ingredients together. Place in a ramekin or crock or roll into a small cylinder on wax paper and enclose in plastic wrap.
- will keep chilled for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months. Leave out at room temperature to soften before serving.
