List of Ingredients



• 6 egg yolks
  
• 1 1/2 C flour
  
• 2 tsp baking soda
  
• 1 C sugar
  
• 1/4 tsp salt
  
• 1/2 C hot water
  
• 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  






Instructions



1. Beat egg yolks until thick. Add sugar and beat again.
   
   
2. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with the hot water and continue beating. Add extract and combine.
   
   
3. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour.
