Angel Food Cake, Filled

List of Ingredients
- 1 10 inch angel food cake
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 1/2 C orange juice
- 2 tsp grated orange rind
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C whipping cream
Instructions
- With sharp thin bladed knife carefully hollow out cake, leaving a shell about 1 inch thick. Cut the cake removed from center into small pieces.
- Beat eggs with sugar. Add lemon and orange juices and rinds. Cook and stir until very thick and smooth in double boiler. Chill
- Fold in whipped cream and cake pieces. pour into cake shell. Chill until firm.
- Frost cake with thin butter frosting.
