List of Ingredients



• 4 eggs
  
• 2 C sugar
  
• 2 C flour
  
• 1 heaping tsp baking powder
  
• extract (any flavor)
  
• 1 C boiling milk
  






Instructions



1. Mix eggs and sugar and beat well with a spoon. Add flour and extract. Batter will be stiff. Stir in the milk. Batter will be thin. Bake in an angel food cake pan. 300 degrees F. for 3/4 of an hour.
