List of Ingredients



• 1 pound pork sausage
  
• 1 1/2 C brown sugar
  
• 1 1/2 C granulated sugar
  
• 2 eggs, ligtly beaten
  
• 3 C sifted flour
  
• 1 tsp baking powder
  
• 1 tsp ginger
  
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  
• 1 C cold strong coffee
  
• 1 tsp baking soda
  
• 1 C raisins
  
• 1 C chopped nuts
  






Instructions



1. Combine meat and sugar. Add eggs and mix well.
   
   
2. Sift together flour, spices, and baking powder. Stir baking soda into coffee. Mix alternately with flour mixture and sausage. Let raisins stand for 5 minutes in boiling water. Drain and add to batter with nuts.
   
   
3. Turn into a 9 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
