List of Ingredients



• 2 C ruskets, crushed and packed in cup
  
• 1 C mixed candied fruit
  
• 1 C pitted dates
  
• 3/4 C orange juice
  
• 1 C wheat germ
  
• 1 C raisins
  
• 1 C chopped nuts
  
• 1/ 4 C honey
  
• 1/4 tsp salt
  






Instructions



1. Cut dates in small pieces. Steam dates and raisins 10 minutes. Combine all. Pack firmly into lined tin. Weight top. chill for 1-2 days. Unmold and cut with a sharp knife.
