Mexican orange Candy

3 C sugar
1/2 C butter
1 1/2 C rich milk
Rind of 2 oranges, grated
1 C chopped walnutsRecipe
Caramelize 1 cup of sugar until golden brown. Heat milk. Add 2 cups of sugar and milk to caramel sugar. cook until almost hard ball stage. Add butter, nuts and grated rind. Cook a few minutes longer. Beat until thick and creamy.
