    4 C sugar
    1 C heavy cream
    1/2 C butter
    5 C pecan meats

    Recipe



    Cook to soft ball stage the following;
    3 C sugar
    1 C cream
    1/2 C butter
    Meanwhile brown remaining 1 C sugar in heavy skillet. When first mixture has reached soft ball stage and sugar in skillet has caramelized, mix together. Blend well and when slightly cooled add nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls on waxed paper or greased surface.
