4 lbs. tomatoes
2 tbls. sugar (white or brown)
2 cups vinegar
1 tsp. clove - ginger
1/4 tsp. red pepper (or less)
4 Ibs. mellow apples
4 onions
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp red pepper
Recipe
Slice apples, tomatoes and onions. Cook about 1 hour or until thick.
