2 1/2 pounds cranberries
5 C vinegar
2 2/3 C sugar
1 T cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
Recipe
Place berries in a large sauce pan and add vinegar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, or until berries pop. Force through a metal strainer to remove skins. Place back in the pan and add rest of ingredients. Cook over medium heat until thick, Pour into 3 hot sterilized pint jars. Process 10-15 minutes.
