2 pounds trimmed green beans
4 small red chilies
4 garlic cloves
4 tsp dill seed
Brine;
2 1/2 C water
2 1/2 C vinegar
1/8 C saltRecipe
Pack beans lengthwise in pint jars, leaving quarter inch head space.
To each jar add 1 chili pepper, garlic and dill. Cook the brine and pour it hot over the beans. Process pints at 12 minutes. Leave for 2 weeks or more to develop flavor.
