3/4 pound raspberries
1/4 C sugar
1 12-oz bottle red wine vinegarRecipe
Mash berries with the sugar and divide into 2 12-oz bottles. Fill each bottle with vinegar. Set bottles, uncovered on a small rack inside a large saucepan. Pour water into saucepan to come halfway up the bottles. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove bottles and cool. Cap bottles. Shake well before using.
