List of Ingredients
3/4 C water
1 C rose petals, firmly packed, white portion snipped off
2 T lemon juice
2 1/2 C sugar
3/4 C water
a 1 3/4 oz package powdered fruit pectin
Recipe
In blender, Put 3/4 cup water, rose petals and lemon juice. Process at LIQUIFY until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and blend until dissolved.
In a large pot put 3/4 cup water and pectin, bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Add rose mixture and continue to boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Skim and stir for 5 minutes. Ladle into sterilized jars and process to seal. Store in fridge for up to 1 month or freeze.
