Albacore and bowties

List of Ingredients
- 1 7-ounce can albacore tuna
- 2.25 oz can of sliced black olives
- 1/2 C chopped onion
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 3/4 C sliced wild mushrooms
- 1/4 C diced red pepper
- 1/4 C chopped parsley
- 2 T flour
- 2 T butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard powder
- 2 C milk
- 4 drops green Tabasco (opt)
- 3 C bowtie pasta
Instructions
- Cook bowties according to package directions. Saute vegetables. Make a sauce of Butter, flour, salt, pepper, mustard, milk and Tabasco, if using. Combine all and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
