Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Ingredients for 4 Servings

1/2 pound cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
I teaspoon salt


Recipe



Preparation;
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shred cheese on a medium shredder. Break eggs into bowl, add milk and salt and beat until creamy. Add shredded cheese and mix. Turn mixture into lightly greased 5"x9" baking dish. Place dish in deeper pan contain­ing hot water to halfway up sides of the pan.. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees.) 20 to 25 minutes, just until cheese is thoroughly melted and mixture is firm, about consistency of an omelet. Use pan­cake turner for easy service. Serve hot.
