CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE

List of Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice (one cup uncooked)
1-4 ounce can pimento chopped
1-1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/4 to 1/2 cup cooked mushrooms
1/2 cup blanched almond meats
1-3/4 cups chicken broth
1-1/2 tblsp. flour
Recipe
Combine rice and pimento. Place 1/3 of rice mixture in greased ccisserole. Alternate layers of remaining rice, chicken mushrdoms (:md nut meats. Pour over chicken broth seasoned with salt and pepper blended with flour. Bake in a moderate oven 350 I hr.
