List of Ingredients
- 2 Broiling chickens, 3 pounds each. split in half
- 4 T peanut oil
- 2 bell peppers, cut in one inch squares
- 1 C pineapple tidbits
- 1 C pineapple syrup
- 1/2 C soysauce
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Brown chicken halves in oil with bell pepper.
- Combine rest of ingredients and pour it over chicken in a casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 F for one hour.
- Serve with fried rice.
