    List of Ingredients


    • 2 C sliced onion
    • 1/2 C oil
    • 1 pound sliced mushrooms
    • 2 C chopped celery
    • 1 C bamboo shoots
    • 2 C bean sprouts
    • 1 handful whole snowpeas
    • 1/4 C cornstarch
    • 1/2 C soysauce
    • 2 C water
    • 1/4 tsp chopped ginger (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Saute onion in the oil 2 minutes, Scoot off to the side of pan and add mushroom. cook until liquids are released and mostly evaporated. Add rest of vegetables and cook until tender.

    2. make the sauce; Combine cornstarc, soy sauce and water. add ginger and pour, stirring over vegetables in the pan .cook until thickened.
