List of Ingredients
- 1/3 C oil
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
- 1 C sliced celery
- 2 C shredded green cabbage
- 1 1/2 C bean sprouts
- 1/2 C sliced bamboo shoots
- 1 C thinly sliced pork, (or other meat)
- 1/4 C cornstarch
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 2 C water
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Parboil 1/2 pound of noodles for 6-8 minutes. Drain, rinse and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a fry pan. Add pork and stir fry on high for 2 minutes. Lower heat to moderate for 2 minutes. Remove pork and set aside.
- Saute vegetables until just tender about 2 minutes. Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and water. Add pork to vegetables and turn up heat. Add the sauce and cook until thickend for 1 minute.
- Divide the pork and vegetables into 2 servings and add the reheated noodles on top.
