    Chinese Sturgeon Balls

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pounds fresh sturgeon, finely ground
    • 1 egg
    • 2 Tcornstarch
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 2 stalks green onion, chopped
    • 1/3 tsp pepper
    • 2 T soy sauce
    • 1/4 pound ham, chopped fine
    • 1/2 C water
    • 1 T peanut butter
    • chicken broth


    Instructions


    1. Grind sturgeon twice. Add remaining ingredients, except onion. Whip together thoroughly, add onion and mix.

    2. Drop by small teaspoon into boiling broth and cook a few minutes until done.

    3. Serves 6-8



    Final Comments


    You can also form this into patties and fry in peanut oil.
