1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
3 C soup stock
2 scallion, green part only, Diced
1 tsp peanut or sesame seed oil
1 C fresh peas
Recipe
Bring the soup stock to a boil. Stir in beaten egg and salt. Add peas, bring back to a boil. Serve with scallions as a garnish.
