Moo Goo Gai Pan-(chicken and mushrooms)

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 T wine
2 T cornstarch
3 T soy sauce
4 water chestnuts, sliced
2 oz bamboo shoots, sliced
1/2 pound chicken breast
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
2 stalks celery, cut at an angle
Recipe
In a bowl, marinate the bamboo,celery, mushrooms and water chestnuts in a mixture of the soy sauce, cornstarch,salt and wine, for 10 minutes.
Saute the chicken in the oil a few minutes. Remove and fry the marinated vegetables for a few minutes. Add cornstarch to thicken and add the chicken. stirring well. Garnish with parsley, scallions, and or tomato slices.
