1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs beaten
3 C chicken stock
2 Scallion
1 tsp peanut oil
1/2 C mushrooms
Recipe
Slice and saute the mushroom briefly. (soak 4-5 dried black mushroom according to package directions if using).
Heat the soup stock to boiling and stir in the eggs, as for egg drop soup, and salt. Add mushrooms and return to a boil. Garnish with scallions.
