• Crumbled crisp bacon
  
• chopped scallions
  
• chutney
  
• salted peanuts, chopped
  
• candied ginger
  
• kumquat preserves
  
• coconut
  
• hard-boiled eggs,chopped
  
• fried onion rings
  
• chopped raisins or golden raisins
  






Instructions



1. Sausages in bananas; Slit bananas lengthwise. Cut off ends, leave skins intact.Put 2 sausage links in each banana. bake at 375 degrees F. for 1/2 hour, until browned. Serve with chicken curry ans chopped peanuts, chutney, chopped raisins or latin salsa.
