List of Ingredients

1/2 C dry mustard powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
1 T hot water
2 T verjuice
2 tsp oil


Recipe

Combine mustard, salt and sugar. Mix the cornstarch with the hot water and add the verjuice and oil. Combine all and store in a jar. Serve as is or make a mustard sauce with it. Add your choice of 1/2 tsp horseradish or if for ham, add currents or raisins.
