    Marinated Olives

    In a small bowl 2 cups oil cured olives, 1 T crushed Fennel seed, 4 strips orange zest, 1/2 C fresh orange juice and 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil. Marinate at least 1 hour before serving. (The olives will , covered in the fridge for up to 1 week.)
