Use this as a drizzle on vegetables, chicken or fish.
List of Ingredients
2 T olive oil
1 C minced shallots
1 tsp whole grain Dijon mustard
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Recipe
Heat the oil in a medium saute pan over medium heat until hot. Add the shallots and cook, stirring often, until golden brown, 7-8 minutes. Add the mustard, soy sauce and vinegar. Remove from heat.
Serve drizzled over desired vegetables, chicken or fish.
