List of Ingredients

1/2 C butter
2 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 C coconut
1 C nuts (optional)


Recipe

Cook butter and sugar together on low heat until bubbly. Cool. Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Add vanilla, then dry ingredients and coconut, mix thoroughly.Spread on greased cookie sheet and bake 350 degrees, 25 minutes. while warm cut into squares
