List of Ingredients

2 squares (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup shortening
2. 3-oz. packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups sifted all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. saIt





Recipe

Melt chocolate over hot water. Cool.
Cream shortening, cream cheese and sugar well.
Add chocolate.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Gradually blend in flour, baking powder and salt which have been sifted together.
Fill cookie press. Form cookies on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Cool on racks
