Cookie press. 400 degree oven. yield, 3 dozen

List of Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 3-ounce package cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon orange extract.
1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour.
1/2 teaspoon salt





Recipe

Cream butter, cream cheese, sugar until light, fluffy. Add egg yolk, orange extract; beat well. Sift flour, salt together. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture in three additions. Place cookie dough in Cookie Press; make desired shapes on ungreased Cookie Sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes in hot (400 degree) oven.
Yield: 3 dozen.
