• 1/2 C butter
  
• 1/2 C sugar
  
• 1/4 C light corn syrup
  
• 1/2 C peanut butter
  
• 1 1/2 C sifted flour
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
  






Instructions



1. Cream first 4 ingredients. Beat in flour, sifted with salt and baking soda. Shape into a roll 2 inches in diameter. Chill 1 hour. Cut slices 1/8 inch thick. Sandwich 2 cookies together, filled with peanut butter or jam and seal edges. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees F. for 12-15 minutes.
