List of Ingredients
3 hard boiled egg yolks
1/2 C butter
1/2 C sugar
1 raw egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp mace
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
Recipe
Put egg yolks through a sieve. Cream butter and sugar, add egg yolks and raw egg. Sift dry ingredients together and work into creamed mixture. Add lemon rind, knead to blend well. Roll out 1/4 inch thick and cut rings with a doughnut cutter. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 10-12 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen.
