4 egg whites
1 1/3 C powdered sugar
2 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
Recipe
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar very gradually. Beat until quite stiff and add vinegar and salt. Continue beating until very stiff and dry. Shape with teaspoon on brown paper (parchment) on cookie sheet. Bake at least 50 minutes in a slow oven, 200 degrees. remove from paper while still warm.
