Recipe Introduction

Cookie press. (400 degree) oven. Yield: 8 dozen. Very good flavor.

List of Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon extract
21/2 cups sifted all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon soda



Recipe

Cream butter, sugar until light, fluffy. Add egg; beat well.
Add lemon juice, lemon extract. Sift flour, salt, soda together. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture in three additions. Place cooky dough in Cooky Press; make desired shapes on ungreased Cooky Sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes in hot (400 degree) oven.
Yield: 8 dozen. Very good flavor.
