List of Ingredients

1/4 C shortening
1 3/4 C flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c chopped nut meats
1/2 C maple syrup
1 egg
2 Tblsp milk


Recipe

Cream shortening, add syrup, egg and milk. Gradually add flour sifted with salt. Place dough in the cookie press and press dough out to base of cookie press feet. Sprinkle chopped nut meats on cookies before placing in oven. Bake at 425 degrees, 10-12 minutes.
