Cookie press Time: 10-12 Min. Temp.: 375 F. Yield: 4 dozen.

List of Ingredients

1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp. hot water
1 1/4 cups sifted all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt






Recipe

Cream shortening and sugars well.
Beat in egg, peanut butter and hot water.
Gradually blend in flour, baking soda and salt which have been sifted together.
Fill cookie press. Form cookies on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Remove at once to cooling racks.
