Ice box, Peanut Butter Cokies

• 1/2 C butter
  
• 1/2 C peanut butter
  
• 1/2 C granulated sugar
  
• 1/2 C packed brown sugar
  
• 2 1/2 T egg powder+2 1/2 T water (or 1 egg,beaten)
  
• 1 1/4 C flour
  
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
  
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
  
• 1/4 tsp salt
  






Instructions



1. Cream butter and sugar well. Add peanut butter, mix well. Beat in egg until light and fluffy.
   
   
2. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture thoroughly.
   
   
3. Chill dough. Shape into balls the size of a walnut. Place 3 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten with a glass and press with a fork in criss-cross pattern.
   
   
4. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 10-12 minutes
