Hand formed, Pecan crunch cookies

List of Ingredients
- 1 C sweet cream butter
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 C crushed, not too finely,ruffle potato chips
- 1/2 C toasted, chopped pecans
- 2 C unbleached, all-purpose flour
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Stir in chips and pecans. add flour.
- Form into balls or oblongs, using a heaping tablespoon of dough for each. Press a pecan half into each if desired.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 16-18 minutes.
Final Comments
Note; to toast pecans, spread on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees F. 5-8 minutes
