    Shortbread-powdered sugar, Scotch

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 pound butter
    3/4 C powdered sugar
    2 1/2 C cake flour, sifted

    Recipe

    Cream butter and sugar well. Add flour, one cup at a time and mix thoroughly. Press into baking pan and bake at 325 degrees F. for 30-35 minutes. Cut into finger lengths while still warm and store in airtight container when cool.
