    Drop cookies-Yemas De Nueces (Nut )

    Recipe Introduction

    Note: These freeze well. Makes about 5 dozen

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups margarine -- softened
    1 cup sugar
    2 1/4 cups flour
    2 tablespoons water
    2 tablespoons brandy*
    2 cups nuts -- chopped
    powdered sugar


    Recipe

    Cream margarine and sugar in a medium-sized mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop mixture by teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.

    Bake in 325 degree F. oven for 8-10 minutes. Roll cookies in powdered sugar while still warm.

    *Additional brandy may be needed.
