    2 C unbleached hardwheat flour
    1 T basil
    coarse salt
    1 tsp sugar
    1 T butter
    1 C heavy cream

    Recipe



    Blend flour, basil, salt to taste and sugar in food processor. Add butter and pulse. add cream and process until smooth. Knead on lightly floured board. form into a log and wrap. Chill half an hour. Cut thinly and bake, or roll out 1/4 of dough at a time and cut in shapes desired. Bake 375 degrees F. 15-20 minutes. Cool on racks.
